On 6/24/2015, I went to St Dominic Hospital's emergency room for burining in my legs.  The Emergency Room Doctor got offended because I would not stay 2-more days for further medical test and I was told that they could hold me against my will; although, I told the doctor I wanted to go home, I was illegally detained for 2-weeks without an explanation.  Today, I received a bill from St. Dominics' hospital and a death threat from a company that I did business with.  The company is Metrosel Inc., 4890 S Alameda Street, UNIT 2, Vernon, CA  90058.  Today, I also received an order from www.catholiccompany.com.  The company Metrosel Inc. included a bullet in my order of a cellphone cover for my husband's boost mobile phone.

AT&T began more viciously pursuing me and my husband because my husband switched cellphone services last Saturday 7/18/2015.  He changed cellphone services from Verizon Cellular to Boost Mobile Cellular.  AT&T needs my husband to keep cellphone services with Verizon to cover their fraud and identity theft that is done in our namea and has increased death threats to enforce their demands.  AT&T is sending his text messages, internet searches, phone history, and calls from his Boost Mobile cellphone to my Boost Mobile cellphone.

APPARENTLY, ST. DOMINIC'S HOSPITAL HAS DECIDED TO ASSIST AT&T in their victimization of the United States citizens and to also defraud insurance companies and the United States government of money.  I did not need to be held at St. Dominic's hospital at all, they provided me NO care but yet they have charged the government and billed me.
