St Mary Auto Sales, Al Bishy , Owner/Car Dealer Deceptive Car Sales and Interaction Hilliard Ohio

 (cont...from previous report submitted). I was not finished with my original report. I inadvertently hit the back arrow by mistake, sorry. Well after signing all of my paperwork and making the $700 down payment, Mr. Bushy asked me if I could go get $150 more to put down on this car, which I was hesitant to do since this was not the original agreement we agreed upon. He let me use the vehicle that I was purchasing to go to the bank. When I got back to the car lot, Mr Bishy told me if the Finance Company, namely, Credit Acceptance, called me, to tell them that I put down $1500. I told him that in other words he wanted me to lie and he just chuckled. Before I could leave the lot, Mr. Bishy asked me if I could bring him back $650 more for the down payment in thirty days. I informed him that I could not do this. He then stated that he could break this amount in two payments of $325 each. I agreed only because I was under duress, however, I never was able to make those payments. A little over a month went by and one of my coworkers received a call from Mr. Bishy's assistant (I can't remember her name). She proceeded to threaten my coworker with what they would do if I didn't pay them the additional $650 that I owed them. My supervisor, Jay Bigger delivered this disturbing news to me stating that he would sue them if they called again. I called Mr. Bishy and explained to him that it was illegal to call my place of employment and discuss my personal business. He infirmed me that he fired the young lady who did this. Low and behold I never heard from him about the additional funds he was trying to get. Long story short, I am stuck with a $10,000 car that doesn't run and us sitting in my driveway as we speak. I had a certified mechanic tell me that the car has two bad cylinders and a melted catalytic converter. The finance company must be in cahoots with thus car lot because they haven't been very helpful either. Can you please look into what measures I can take to rectify my situation. I am currently still responsible for the payoff on this vehicle and I have to walk a mile to catch the bus to work. Not to mention after work, I have to walk an additional two miles to catch a ride home. I am a senior citizen with bad knees. Please be my voice and help me with a happy resolution to this matter.
