Yosi Gil is the biggest scammer I've had the unfortunate experience of doing business with. From day (1) I was setup to fail with St. Tropez Condominiums and Beach Developer's, LLC. Within 3 months after accepting my $400,000 down payment on a brand new $1.5mm Condominium, they lied to the courts and said that they served foreclosure documents on me, interestingly enough while I was hospitalized in intensive care; and completely unknown to me, Yosi Gil and Beach Developer's, LLC obtained a foreclosure judgment against me and my property, as well scheduled a foreclosure sale date. Immediately upon discovering this tragedy, I quickly found a cash buyer at a $320,000 loss, in an effort not to lose our entire life savings; however,

I wasn't so fortunate; the St. Tropez Condominium Association HOA through Yosi Gil and Beach Developer's declined my buyer the approval to purchase from the HOA, and the next week I lost my entire life savings to foreclosure. However, that's not the end of the story; 5 days after the foreclosure sale, the HOA approved my cash buyers, to purchase one of their identical Developer units right next door. If anyone is considering doing business with Yosi Gil, or Beach Developer's, you should research the "numerous" lawsuits against (and from) Beach Developer's and Yosi Gil in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. No amount of words can describe how they stole my life savings and ripped my family apart......
