Stabilis at Split Rock, Lake Harmony PA Galleria, Split Rock Resort Never allowed to use it Lake Harmony Pennsylvania

Tried to immediately cancel after finding they did not give me a copy of the contract that they supposedly put with the Intervale Travel Exchange Booklet. Repeated phone calls only yielded apologies and promises with as many as five different people saying that they would straighten it or call me back. They continued to automatically deduct payments from my bank account that I tried unsuccessfully to stop many times. Registered letters also yielded no response. Every time I called to reserve my week at the resort, before and after it was paid off, again I was shuffled to 3-5 different people, until someone would say it was not available, that it was already booked, or I would have to trade off with Intervale International which didn’t work either. Lawyers wanted more than I paid for the Time Share and even the PA’s Attorney Generals’ office said they couldn’t get a response.
