We hired Stablelift to repair the concrete foundation on our home.  They were very professional and courteous when they did the work.  After they were done a few weeks later we started having plumbing issues.  When Stablelift was contacted with concerns that the foundation repair work they did, they agreed the piers needed to be adjusted.  They came out and did the warranty work, adjusted some existing piers and added some new ones.  A few weeks later we started having plumbing issues again, the doors and windows wouldn’t close, exterior walls started leaking.  Stablelift said that this was not their fault and told us there was nothing more they could do.  We hired a third party engineer to inspect our foundation, and they reported back that the foundation was sinking in the middle, the piers were not deep enough or they had failed.  Stablelift is giving us the run around, acting like they will help us, only to blow us off repeatedly.  At this time we are still trying to get them to honor their warranty, but we have no results but false promises.
