Stacey Ward Stacey Ward Ponzi scheme. Misappropriation of funds Houston, Texas

We hired Stacey Ward to build our pool in February 2012 He was repeatedly delayed after we provided the down payment. Eventually some work began and after gunite he collected the rest of the up front payment of 60% of pool cost. At that point work stopped. After several weeks we received notification of a lien on our home from the gunite company who was not paid with the check we issued him. Turns out he used this money to pay someone else based on the return check. We receive additional calls from excavation and plumbing who were not paid and threatened to also place liens.

It is now months later and Stacey is working at Platinum pools and we are left to finish the pool on our own. He has over $33,000 of our money. Please contact me if you have been affected as well Thank you
