I ordered a stepladder represented on the StacksandStacks.com website as FOLDABLE for easy storage. Turns out that the ladder is NOT foldable unless it is completely disassembled. Stacksandstacks refuses to accept any responsibility for the misrepresentation, and is refusing to cooperate with me on a return. My order also included other items which stacksandstacks shipped to the wrong address using a cheaper shipping method than advertised and paid for, and the items were not delivered to my address as a result. Stacksandstacks is totally unapologetic despite completely botching an entire $700 order. Worst online retail experience ever!
