I purchased a vehicle in 2004 from Stadium Auto Mall it had approx. 5,000 miles I was told it was a left over when in reality I learned 2 yrs ago that I had purchased one of their rentals from their customer service clerk . First I complained 2 weeks after having the car that the interior carpet was bunching up I had to call Ford Motors customer service in order to get it replaced. Then after that the paint of my front fender was chipping after numerous calls they asked I bring the car in only for them to tell me that perhaps I was parking in the wrong place and other cars were bumping into my vehicle. I also had to inform Ford Motors because I couldn't get someone to return my calls . 2yrs ago I got rear ended so upon the vehicle having the back done I asked if they could give me a quote so that I could get the front done then I was told that the front fender had been painted so many times over that I would have to purchase a new fender which we know the price of that. I took my vehicle to Stadium again and while giving the information and problem I was informed it had been a rental of theirs wow you can imagine my shock the manager of the auto body department came to see my vehicle and she avoided my original complaint only commenting about how the auto body that did the cars rear had done a lousy job that had I had it done there it would have been done right. Upon telling her I was there because of the front fender she distinctly said she would not honor my issue. I would never ever purchase a vehicle from this dealer I have no found out about the BBB and filed a complaint and also am seeking an attorney that can help me with this problem . Bad experience to go through since this was my first new car purchase . I have now known by other people that I know not to ever go back to this dealer. Hope this info helps others.
