Staffing Now Fired after being an award winning employee Chicago Illinois

I was working for Staffing Now, Inc. at Colorado Technical University Online, located in the Merchandis Mart in downtown Chicago starting August 27, 2007. I was hired as a PEER Qualifier. The major goal of my position was to call prospective students with the objective of transferring them to an admissions advisor who would give them full information about the school.

I never missed a day of work. I had perfect attendance for September, October, November and December. When the school switched over to a new system I was one of those picked to stay and learn the new system. Nine people were let go. I stayed.

At the beginning of April, 2008 an e-mail went out about zero tolerance on coding calls i.e. wrong number, voice mail, etc. After coding two wrong in mid April I was talked to about this. On April 28, 2008, LaToya Keys called me into her office and said because I had a 3rd miscode (out of about 1,000 calls per month or 3/10 of 1%) I was being taken off the job.

The truth of the matter is that they used this rule to get rid of me. Someone had another agenda as far as my working for CTU. It could have been Nicole Pryor a manager for CTU who whas unusually close to LaToya Keys who by the way was the onsite person for Staffing Now, Inc. They may have conspired to get rid of me. Or looking back it could have been my own manager, Audrey Goudreau.

I am telling everybody I can, don't go work with Staffing Now, Inc. Mark Schaul the CEO is a real jerk. He told me that they had me recorded making threats. When I asked what they were, it was apparent that there were none because I made none. Then he had a lawyer from the area call me and try to intimidate me over the phone. This is type of company they are.
