Now the scared lady refuses to show the internet what her name is. But talk more s*** than a little bit. Hopefully one day she's able to talk this BS face to face and not hind behind a computer screen. She claims to be a professional business women throughout her comments. Last I checked real business people handle business face to face and through a hand shake. Kids handle business in her manner. Nuff said...

This will be last reply to this customer with the Honda Civic issues. Lady hopefully you get your facts CORRECT. I really don't think you know the difference between an arrest and a conviction. Second, and if I was a so call ex-con let you tell it, how does that have anything to do with your car being towed? Look at your comments you have posted through out the internet they are being taken down as you put them up. Get your writing skills up to par and take your *** back to school to learn how to spell. I'm well establish and actually know what it means to serve my community and not leech Three- you been had bad reviews and a long rap sheet of felonies way before me so it's more than me that join the group of hatred towards you Four- I was paid for the delay from my insurance- that's in the record as well as everything else Try me and go after a lawsuit I'm not that hard to research. 1. Stage Ten Atlanta is still an Allstate provider. 2. Your not a successful CPA driving a 1997 Honda Civic using someone else's roadside policy to tow your vehicle. 3. Stage Ten Atlanta, Ten Capital Investments, and Mr. Bailey do serve the community and has been since 2013. 4. Based on real facts you did not get paid from Allstate. Your insurance provider paid for your vehicle to be towed out of Stage Ten lot. 6. Last but not least "Stage Ten Atlanta" will continue to profit 100,000.00 + dollars a month with Allstate. Not to mention the other four successful companies that Ten Capital Investments own that's well over that dollar amount as well. I bet you didn't Google that you so call successful CPA!!! 7. I hope you have one hell of a Attorney on retainer because making false statements online about individual's and or businesses, there is a law out there called Defamation of Character and Slander.  For your legal purposes you smart enough and have my legal name to contest anything you feel the need to. Also the phone calls were recorded and you the owner ex convict was nasty from the numb even with my insurance- I hope they have dropped you by now. If need be I'm sure those recordings and their notes as well will be released to the public- that's why I got paid for this dumbness you as a owner gave. We have worked with Allstate the roadside provider on this matter. I assure you it was taken care of fairly, and the situation was handled correctly.

Update: To clairfy, we maintain a partnership with Allstate and any issues with tows when an insurance company is party should be taken up with them. In this case, the vehicle that we were dispatched to tow was not the vehicle that location. Allstate dispatched us to pick up a 2004 Honda Accord, and we arrived to a 1997 Honda Civic Burgungy in color. We absolutely cannot pick up a vehicle for an insurance company that we are not dispatched to tow. In this case the insurance company asked us to tow the 1997 Civic back to our lot, where another tow company picked it up due to the disrepectful customer.

To reiterate: When dealing with an insurance company, we must comply with their request , as they are the ones paying us. Please also not that we do not tolerate disrepectful behavior towards our drivers. We understand your frustration, and that being towed is a stressful situation. This customer has posted sereral "BAD" reviews about the owner of the company on different sites, but has failed at telling the truth about the matter. She was very disrepectful from the first conversation with our dispatcher and her attitude caused her to be in this situation. It is unfortunate that people with her attitude get far in life. Next time you feel the need to post another "FALSE" review about Stage Ten Atlanta and the owner show your full name and who you are. Thats for our legal purposes...
