Stainsafe And Grand Furniture Discount Stores Stain Safe Fraud and Ripoff Virginia Beach Virginia

Well, this is a long store, but I will make it as short as possible.

We purchased a dining room table from Grand Furniture Discount Stores, and also purchased the Stainsafe extended warrenty. After only having the table for a couple months we noticed the finish was coming up, and it scratches so easily. Oh, and on one of the chairs, the manufacturer sticker left a discoloring on it. We have taken good care of the table, since it was almost $900.00. Everything has felt pads under it. Anyway's, I called the Grand Furniture repair department and they had sent someone out to fix the finish. He tood a nail polish brush and went over it. Now it looks worse than it did before. He said that with all the scratches, there is something wrong with the finish, so it would have to go into the shop, and the chair would have to be replaced. A few days later they came to get the table, they said that it would only take a 2 days to fix it. I called two days later to see when it was going to be re-delivered and they hadn't even started on it yet. They explained to me that it was not there problem and that I needed to call Stainsafe Co. They returned the table. I called Stainsafe and they sent someone out. Of course, after 3 weeks I got no response and after called everybody just to get an answer. Stainsafe CO. denied my claim and voided my warrenty because Grand Furniture already tried to fix the table. Now Grand Furniture won't call me back. I'm so fusterated, and so mad. I don't know what to do anymore, except call the news and have my husband take the table down to Grand Furniture and chop it into a million pieces. I'm still in the process of trying to get this resolved. But from all the other complainted I have seen nothing will happen. Oh and Stainsafe won't do anything about the chair, because my warrenty is void.
