Stain Safe Warranty Fraud, Theft by Deception and Liars. Ripoff Palm Beach Gardens Florida

I purchased a Lazy-Boy recliner 3 years ago. Shortly after, I turned in a claim that was accepted by Stain Safe Company. Folks, this was 3 years ago. A Stain Safe representative came to my house and attempted to fix the problem. I called Stain Safe and advised them that the problem was not corrected.

Approximately 1 1/2 year later and countless telephone calls, I was told that the chair would be replaced. 6 months later, no chair. I was told that Stain Safe could not locate a dealer that would be willing to adhere to the warranty of my chair.

OK. 2 years into this, I was asked by Stain Safe if I would accept a check for $450 and have the warranty null and void. I received a legal document from Stain Safe that required me to send it back signed and notorized.
Folks... THAT WAS 6 MONTHS AGO!

I am a detective with a Sheriff's Department in the State of Alabama. I prosecute people every week for doing this to people. This is nothing more that Theft by Deception. Stain Safe has no intentions of sending me a check and furthermore, they had no intentions of fixing the problem in the first place.

I have called this company approximately 500 times over a 3 1/2 year period. I am ammost at the point of giving up.

If any one has any ideas what can be done, pleae contact me. I'm willing to do anything. This is ridiculous. Something has to be done.
