StainSafe Companies, Furniturefind Company does not honor insurance agreement Ripoff Internet

I bought an Harris Scott leather couch & loveseat from FurnitureFind.com a year and half ago and signed up with StainSafe insurance recommended by furniturefind. It's been about a year and a half since I got the couch and the cushions are deflated now. In fact the couch base itself is sinking in the middle and it appears to me that some spring or something may be broken. I called FurnitureFind to find out if the manufacturer's warranty was active and it took them a couple of weeks to get back to me after I making several calls to them. They finally called back and said it wasn't active and I was asked to contact the furniturefind recommended Stainsafe insurance company from which I had purchased the insurance. I called the insurance agent but was bluntly told that I have to report it within 5 days (in my case it took 10 days due to furniturefind's extra-ordinary delay in getting back to me despite calling several times).

In the end, Stainsafe was so inconsiderate that they would not fix my couch. FurnitureFind is an unbelievably irresponsible organization that they don't even care about the customer once the purchase is made. Infact I purchased this couch & insurance for about $2000 and I am EXTREMELY disappointed and FRUSTRATED with both companies for not stepping up and fixing the customer's problems. They are nothing but a fake.
