Stait Talk Wireless lost my cell phone Number and can't retrieve it out of their system, Internet

I turned my cell phone on when my new month was to start as i usually do and it had a message that my sim card was unregistered.My phone did not work so i contacted straighttalk and they said it would take 24 hours to fix..i called the next day and got the same answer.My phone is my livelihood and i am self employed and the number is on my signs in the yellow page and on all my business cards.i called back the next day and it was not resolved.they said they would send a new sim card and i was to insert it in the phone and call them and I would have my phone working with my same phone #.I did what they told me to do and when i turned the phone on it had a totally new number which I do not want.I need my old original number back that I have had ever since I have been in business.They have it in their system and said they cannot retrieve.I have been on the phone for countless hours trying to get this resoled and now I have to wait 2 more days so they can contact the corporate office..You can never get the same person twice..I need my number back and I have stressed this to them.It is in the yellow pages on my signs and bussiness cards.Please help me .
