Stan Shanks Midwest America Federal Credit Union Aggressive, dishonest, late payment communications

Currently in a dispute with the dealer over contract terms, and had open communication with MidWest FCU about the terms. We had initiated an inviestigation on their side about the validity of the contract. The last communication with them ocurred 1 week ago, while we were contacting an attorney. Today, I receive a call from Stan Shanks, who threatened to reposess my vehicle if I did not pay the entire loan up front, which clearly does not comply with the terms of the loan. For serveral minutes I would ask him to repeat one of his outlandish and threatening statments for clarification and confirmation, at which point he would change his phrasing.   Threatening, aggressive, and fraudulent claims were made multiple times throughout the phone call.
