Standard Business Systems AFTER lease is over - - - Read the Fine Print Little Rock Arkansas

The manager leased a huge copy machine years before I got here.  It's old and outdated and our lease has been completed.  I called Standard Business Systems, got a copy of our lease, gave them a 30-day notice.  After the 30-days, I asked them to please send me the required paperwork and told them they could come and pick up the machine.

It just sat here.  For two months.  We called again.  They told us to call the credit department and let them know.  I did.  They sent me paperwork to sign. I did.  Machine still sat here.  It's been 4 months now.  I called again.  They sent me more paperwork AND another bill.  (LOL)  It's getting comical now.

NOW, they say that I have to ship the machine back to Illinois.  And pack the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.  And they want it shipped by a company specializing in air ride transportation!  AND if I use one of their independent transportation companies - they have the right to receive and retain a referral fee from them!

So, a local person will bring your machine out but they aren't going to pick it up!  Nope.  No way.  You will them be out the time and money to ship that large sucker back to someone in another state.  THEY won't tell you this though.  Unbelievable.
