I received a letter indicating I had won a lottery in the Premier Random Lotto. I called the number and talked to someone by thename of Kelly Jackson. I asked a lot of questions and the company seemed ligitement. I followed this Kelly Jackson's directions by depositing the check. The bank did not check the check but just deposited it. I then withdrew the money and sent it. Now I am repsosible for the amount of $2996.90 to my bank as the check was no good. I am extremely upset and embarrassed to be taken in that way. I have entered lottery's on line before so I thought I had won a realy lottery. I am hoping there is a way to recupe my loss as I really do not have this money.

If you had bothered to take a couple of minutes to do some research BEFORE you deposited that phony check you wouldn't be in the world of hurt you now find yourself in.
No, there is no way to get your money back. Notice the THOUSANDS of entries on this scam on this website alone.
These groups prey on people's greed and ignorance in order to scam them out of their hard-earned money. And they will continue to do so.
