Standard Oil ripped me off on service bridgeport, Connecticut

Standard Oil has a team a shark lawyers on staff that are there to go after innocent customers who have legitimate gripes against their service department.  They charged me for parts that were not needed for my heating equipment and after calling numerous times to find out why I was being charged for these parts even though I had their overpriced service plan - their response was - you just need to pay the bill.  When I refused their legal team took me to court stating that payments I made for oil deliveries were processed against the bill I was disputing and that now my outstanding balance was for oil delivery and not for service.  They play this game because in court you can not dispute the fact that the oil was delivered (which it was and which I paid for in full).
Speaking repeatedly to their legal dept, it seems that they are very good at this type of shark like action to force customers to pay for their terrible service in court.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY......
