Standard Process rep advised two products to eliminate Hot Flashes. Neither worked! In addition, each product impacted negatively on my health! One gave me headaches (which I never get). The other made me feel faint (which never happened before).

I returned products and tried to get my money reimbursed. Spoke to two reps, two people at main office, one a supervisor, and got a complete run-around from person to person.

Final outcome: Sent back to original rep who refused to reimburse me!

I don't like products, policies, or personnel at Standard Process. The products not only DON'T WORK, but they also impact NEGATIVELY on health. Their policy is to refuse to reimburse for bad product. Their personnel refuse to take responsibility for their product.

Standard Process products were a hazard to my health!
