I to made the mistake of ordering from this website I made my order on 12/6/07 I used paypal to pay and 3 days after I made my order I get a email stating that he only had one in stock and it was cracked and to pick something else out when I told him I didnt want anything else he got mad he told me i would have to pay a 20% cancellation fee well I didnt feel I should pay $45.00 because he didnt have what I ordered so I filed a claim with paypal he then tells me he found a pair and its on its way well come to find out he was trying to resell a pair of USED sunglasses from a prior coustomer to me as new and I never even got them and then he started to send me emails wanting to buy them back for less then what he just stole from me so he could sell them to the lastest victim to click on his website I tried to reason with him to just refund me and he wasnt havin it he sent me rude emails phoned me to call me a few choice names and threatend to run me over if I ever came to new york I just stopped dealing with him I was about to give up when I read on another complaint that he only had to provide a tracking # to prove his case with paypal I believe all of the other complaints on this guy because I had to deal with him myself too well I sent in all the emails from him to paypal to prove his name calling and rude remarks and his sending out emails to former coustomers wanting to buy back items to resell as NEW and then call them vendors and after 6 long weeks of dealing with this physco I got a letter from paypal and they went in my favor
I WON I GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS THIEF!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE DONT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!! HE CANT DELIVER WHAT HE STATES ON HIS WEBSITE AND SELLS USED SUNGLASSES AND CALLS PRIOR COUSTOMERS HIS VENDORS!!!! HE IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!!
