I financed my car with Citifinancial/Auto 4 years ago & I would make my payments on line or by phone and there was no charge for this. Now Santander Consumer USA has purchased my note, as well as others, from Citifinancial/Auto and now they are charging $10.95 for the same service. I called their customer service & was told this fee could not be waived & that I could mail in my payments at no charge. I feel I have been "riped off" because that is not the agreement I signed with Citifinancial. Again, another scam & rip off by corporate USA.
