 Was seen @ Stanton Optical, June 30, 2015. Purchased the buy one get one free offer. Was promised delivery of both pairs of glasses within 2 weeks. First pair was delivered after one month. As of August 19 2015, second pair has not been delivered. Repeated calls to the knoxville location have accomplished nothing. They were paid for both pairs. Now they can't detirmine where the second pair is. Looks like a civil suit will be the only option I am left with to rectify this situation.

 Finally recieved 2nd pair of glasses. Customer service rep seemed most helpful. However, customer rep promised a refund of part purchase price. Account info was taken, no refund made. Poor service is bad enough... Be honest
