I brought my car in for a wash, they did not straighten the wheels when they put it in the wash, the track scraped up my front rims, ripping one. I pointed it out to the owner as it was go9ing thru the wash and his reply to me was "no problem" When it came out of the wash both my front rims were chewed up pretty bad. The owner said I didn't see them go in and refused to resolve the problem even though I pointed it out as it was happening!

What kind of track system does that car wash use? On any system I've ever seen, the track doesn't come anywhere near the actual wheels, just the tires.

Maybe your car has super low profile tires so the tracks actually reach the wheels?

Not a criticism, just curious how that can occur.
