I live not far from this car wash, I pass it every day and I finally decided to stop to get a car wash. The team on the outside did an excellent job, however when I went inside to pay the cashier, she was pleasant, but I asked about their special: she said for $75.00, I could get the special which was "the works" which was a total of five washes, I thought that was a good price, and that I could use it "anytime" so I said okay that sounds good,so I bought the package I signed for it and asked for some type of card so that it can be marked as I used it and the clerk (female) said I didn't need anything because it will be noted on their system. Hmmmm, I said "normally you get some type of card to keep up with it. She assured me I did not need it. I felt good leaving and was telling people what a deal I got and can use it anytime I want to.
Well, I finally decided to go for a wash in Sept of this year(2014), and I pulled up and asked for the works, the clerk did go to his files and said it had expired and that I had to use it "all" within a "certain time", I said "NO" I asked and the clerk was not able to help me, so I did ask for the Manager, Mr Ray not available.
The assistant manager could not help me. I was and still am very frustrated because I pass this place daily and can only think about the rest of MY MONEY they have ($60.00)

Sorry but just listening to you I can tell that YOU FORGOT about the washes. Since these types of promotions are for a YEAR, odds are that since YOU forgot YOU wish to blame THEM for YOUR issue. It expired and YOU did not use it in the time frame. You were more then likely told about the time frame involved, but conveniently OMIT this from your report to make yourself look like a better victim. Unfortunalty YOU screwed yourself over. So not only is this post FAKE, but YOU have done this as a spiteful move BECAUSE you forgot. There is NO PITY for you. YOU screwed yourself over and THAT IS ALL!!!!! EVERYTHING expires at some point. Accept the responsibility of being forgetful and LEARN from this. STOP trying to put the blame on the business because THEY DID NOT RIP YOU OFF!!!! YOU did that all on your own. Heres a thought, GROW UP!! Children try and find other people to blame instead of accepting responsibility. So unless you ARE a child, grow up and STOP blaming others for the mistakes YOU have made. "Anytime" doesn't mean a year later. It means ANYTIME within the time of the promotion.
