Star Casualty Insurance/ Estrella Insurance Investigator Carlos Duque don't take your sweet time to pay for my claim! Miami Florida, nationwide.

My mother's car got stolen from our condo in Ft. Lauderdale on June 17, 2009, which appeared the next day at Homestead, I did called the police, we got reports, case numbers, we report everything to the insurance, we follow every rule, and the first and unpleasant called we receive is from star casualty's/estrella insurance investigator Mr. Carlos Duque, asking us for proof to corroborate our story, ok, cool!, we understand all about insurance fraud and what not, so we found every single paper he asked for: Bank statements, proof of car payments(which we paid in advance), Sunpass records, cell phone calls records, which by the way cost $50 each to obtained them, and on top of everything, he went on vacation, came back today Mon, Jul 20 2009, called me to tell me: "I haven't investigate nothing yet and besides you got to find me records of oil changes, period"! so at this point, I think is more abuse than regular duty from this guy, we are the clients, we are the beneficiaries of this insurance company, we don't know what the thief have done with this car, if it was used for a crime and the worst, we keep paying for both the Car and Insurance we don't have anymore, and all this guy keep doing is asking for more papers, I feel I'm doing the investigation for him, losing time at work, etc.

Mr. Carlos Duque, MUEVELO MIJO! meaning: Do your job and stop taking your sweet time to resolve our claim, we're honest people who pay their bills on time, actually in advance, and besides I need to gain my car back, my mother is using mine!!!

If you need cheap insurance, DO NOT GO WITH ESTRELLA INSURANCE OR STAR CASUALTY INSURANCE, and I don't need to hide behind a fake name, I'm not afraid to say the truth, why should I?
