I brought my ram 2500 diesel to thier shop for repair (warranty) I also had a extended warranty .they called me &The other warranty comany and told use the work on the fuel pump was under dodges warranty then three days later I get a call that it is not due to rust in the pump I have told them from the beginning that I've had problems with the fuel system from2006 .they tell me it has to do with maintains.
When I ask what could I have done I get no Response .The truck is equiped With a alarm to tell you if water is in the system and it never goes on I asked to have it checked no response they have no answers how it happen but maintains So after paying for not one but two warranties I have to pay for the fuel pump repairs my self 3500+dollars.
I had my truck in the shop another shop 8/06 for a problem with fuel it was pouring diesel fuel from the motor area it took me 28 DAYS to get my truck back amouth or two later I brought to the dealer I perchased it from they flush the system at acost to me of over $600. So i still have no answers
