I have made several email attempts by going online to http://www.ellesoppings.com/contact_us/ this websites states if your order has been over 20 days please contact us. It has been 3 mos now. I have not been able to locate a phone number to contact anyone by phone. Just emails I have not had any responses to my emails.
Here is the email I got when I placed the order:
