Watch out, Starconferncing.com will take your credit card information, bill you without providing service and then continue to bill you each and every month.

I signed up to use this service, because they were cheaper than anyone else, and now I know why. They never provide service and even though I have canceled with four different people, they continue to bill me.

I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but my complaint was dismissed, because starconferencing.com lied and said they had refunded my money. Since then, I have been billed three more times.

They starconferencing.com never provided the call in and password for me to use their system and even though I canceled, the last three months they billed me.

Then a Hellena called me from www.starconferencing.com She told me all three months were refunded to my credit card that day and asked if I would kindly take down my complaints posted on line, I did that and guess what?

There has been no such refund issued. I am now in the process of canceling my credit card and I have to close the actual account, and reopen a new one. I'm told this is the only way to prevent this type of fraud.

Again, they took my credit card information, never provided service. I've canceled and they always promise to refund my money, but instead they bill me the next month, the month after and continue to bill me.

That is why they can advertise conference calls so cheap, they never provide the service.
