This is a quick reminder that Star Federal offers lead generation and appointment setting services.  We schedule the appointments and you meet with the prospects.

Star Federal is a licensed real estate broker.  We help consumers find top-rated residential and commercial real estate professionals. 

The way our service works is very simple:

1.    We generate leads from advertising, consulting, lenders, and relocation services.

2.    All buyer prospects are preapproved by a lender or bank.

3.    Sellers are looking to meet in person at their property and want a free market analysis.

4.    We develop a targeted campaign in the areas you designate.  Your membership helps to cover the cost of a database of prospects in your market.

5.    The membership is only $495 per year.  We ask for a 25% referral fee when you close a transaction.  Just closing one lead will cover the cost of joining.

We work with a limited number of agents in any given area.  If you wish to start receiving quality leads, please complete the membership agreement on our website at your earliest convenience.
