I received a letter announcing "AWARD NOTIFICATION-FINAL NOTICE" from Star Luck Casino. They also listed "Lotto, Publishers Clearing House, Readers Digest, Sweepstakes, Internet Casino" under their heading. Used a PO Box 360 Station A Richmond Hill Ontario L4C 4Y3 as an address.

The letter states that the Casino held a draw on November 16, 2007 of which my name was attached to ticket number BLQ-961-723-834 and "drew the lucky numbers of 63-70-22-95-08 which consequently won in the 2nd category."

It also said that I was to receive a lump sum of $98,000.00 which is a piece of a total cash prize draw of $588,000.00 to be shared amongst 6 winners.

They included a cashiers check in the amount of $4,997.89 to pay the processing and clearance fees for my prize. This amount was to be deducted from my total winnings to facilitate the payment of the fees. The cashiers check looks very authentic. It is written on Fifth Third Bank from Lexington, Kentucky. Purchased by "Fiona Smith".

Included in the letter was a phone number for the "claims broker" so that I may call and claim my winnings (519)-992-0186. I am to claim my prize "no later than the 26th of January, 2008".

The letter is closed with a "Sincerely, Greg Sinclair - Vice President"
