Star Nissan.... Service Manager, Rich Vazqueze Wrote false repairs and mechanic did not do work and charged insurance company Niles Illinois

I tooki my SUV into thier service department for maint. I bought the SUV there. I asked for a axle service and check for valve train noise. When i got my SUV it also said I asked to repair a oil leak which I had none. It stated the mechanic change the valve cover gasket on the left side. The service writter wotre I wanted to check oil leaks. The mechanic repair but I could see no work was ever done. To replace the lt side gasket it is a job that takes a few hours and cost over $500. When I question it nothign would be said to me so i called Nissan company and made a complaint. I called and spoke to the service manager who said the repair was done and they do not cheat. I said it was not as I can see. It is a lie and I never even asked for that repair.

The agent from Nissan said to bring my SUV back the next day to show him. I called him and told him I was coming back as they are doing repairs falsely and you charge the nisson insurance I paid for. Work I did not ask for and you did not do anyway. Its fraud. I went the next day and he tried to tell me it was done. When I told him I called another dealer and its a 4 hour job and I was there 2 hours. I watched the mechanic and saw him do only what I paid for.

The service writter is cheating with the mechanic writting false repairs for the mechanic to do and he charges he did them when he did not and I can clearly see nothings like he charged the insurance compnay was done. The service manager then said I was right and he would not lie the mechanic cheated and was a lier and they would fire him and they offed me a detail or longer serive agreement. I said I not want anything but a reair place where everyone is not cheating and making false charges and ripping off the insurance company....
