I submitted every month since June 2010, repeatedly

rebates. I have repeatedly written back to them to ask you for my initial

deposit ($15.95) as promised on the contract form and, and to let themknow that I have

completed the whole 15 months program, but I have not received my rebates since

December 2010!! They are breaking the LAW!!!
