Star Scenic Supply Paul Muto Sold me the wrong products and wouldn't take them back!!! Orlando, Florida

Last year, we had a large plaster project and wall-glazing to do.  I went into Star Scenic Supply for the materials as I had been told the owner there had some idea about these materials.  Unfortunately, he was far more interested in telling me all his accomplishments than actually helping me.  He kept pushing material on me that I was unfamiliar with and seemed to be adamant against ordering what I requested.  He repeatedly insisted that this other material (Kolcaustico) was better than the Adicolor Stucco Antico I'd been sent there to get.  The other material I went for is a glaze called Glacis.  He claimed they had the "New and Improved" version of this.  I took his word for it as it said Adicolor and Glacis right on the label.  I bought 20 gallons of the Kolcaustico and 2 gallons of the Glacis.  Needless to say, the Kolcaustico was complete trash compared to what I was used to from Adicolor.  It was like troweling glue.  Furthermore, the "custom tint job" he did was different from pail to pail, and none of them were correct.  The Glacis reeked of some disgusting odor and did not perform AT ALL as expected or promised.  It was like using a hand cleaner for a glaze.  I was thoroughly aggravated.  When I contacted this Paul Muto about the issue, he said they would not take back tinted material!!!  This is the material HE screwed-up!  I have since written it off to a learning experience but wanted to warn anyone else out there that might consider buying from this idiot.  Buyer BEWARE!!!
