StarChaser Woodworks Justin Cason Stole money, fraud, deception clearwater Florida

I 'hired' this company to a small job in my home. They asked me to pay in cash, in full, up front. I handed the owner, Justin Cason $1,600 and he fled to Florida the next day, never to be seen again. It's been over 100 days and he still has my cash and ignores all my calls and texts. Do not let this company steal from you. Look elsewhere for whatever job you need, this business practice is highly unethical. Below is the contract we signed together that was meaningless as well as a text from the 'professional' owner dodging the job. Owner is going to state "I canceled the job and he already bought materials so he cant refund me," but I canceled the job bevause he did not order materials. I have a text message to prove this.
