I was trying to order something from "Signatures" after they sent me a catalogue. I could not find a web site for them and then saw that they had the same address as "Starcrest of California".
I remember my mom telling me she sent a check in with an order to Starcrest and never received the order. She called them numerous times and they said they had sent her order. She asked for a refund numerous times because she did not receive her order. She never did get a refund. She is very elderly and is now in hospice care. This happened about 1 year ago.
"Starcrest" does not have a web site either.
I was just about to place an order with Starcrest and am glad I found the "Rip-Off Reports" which prompted my memory of my mom's incident.
