Starcrest Of California ripoff fraud business my account would not be charged until order was shipped, account was immediately debited for the full amount! Perris California

I responded to product offerings sent to me at my home address. There was just two(2) methods to order: by phone or mail-in. I ordered by phone. The amount was for $72.00.

I submitted my check card with my order and was assured that order would be processed and delivered in 7-10 days.
I was assured at that time (July 21st,03) that my account would not be charged until order was shipped, and I would be notified at that time.

My account was immediately debited for the full amount($72.00) on July 21st,03.

I have had no communication from this Company to date (07-25-03)
