Starcrest Of California Iv ordered from them before and recieved shipment but not this time Perris California

Ive ordered from them last year and recieved my package way sooner than I expected. I ordered around the first of the year and as of today 2\18\09 Still havent recieved anything. I called my bank and the check cleared the 5th of this month. I went to get on line to check status of my order and saw this site. I contacted Starcrest of California, by the 800 number,and they told me I should recieve it anytime now. I am writing my report now so that I have a good time of action (if need be taken) I was satisfied with what I ordered last year then again, how could someone mess up plastic plates, I mean they were what I ordered. This time I ordered a few things and am hoping that I havent ben taken. Just incase I am sending in my report so that there may be time to help someone else and myself. Thank you
