Received shipment with one item listed on the packing slip, but not included in the package received. A cd ordered has a broken case. How can I replace the case without opening the packaging to give as a gift and there is NO WAY to contact them, except to pay for a long distance call, which is not the customer service number, no fax number toll free or by snail mail and hope for a response.
