This is meant to say how bad the costumer service is on this site and how it may lead to rip-off a member or bad expierance in-game.

I first joined the site as it seemed a unique dress up, easy and flash based site with many options not only dressing up.


The only issue I've had trying to contact staff when there's issue or trying to give a feedback as they either give automated reply or false information not to mention slow response that may pass 48 hours, so trying to solve issue may take weeks or even months. It may have been fine few years ago, but now it's even worse.

 

Issues with staff:

1: The staff number that answer our issues/feedbacks does not seem big enough, especially on their new club/forum there may be only 2-4 staff replying (this is a big site with some members who may not know much about game options so they may need help often, without us they may wait for a time before getting response on this new club).

2: when it comes to hacking a lot of my friends lose their items/in-game money(SD's) before having their account back due to slow respone and then staff refuse returning their items. Most know how to keep their account safe, but lost by unexpected fault or by someone breaking in game so in my opinion they deserve a refund. There was even two serious in-game break which led to scaring members and on other time some did get hacked, staff took time to take action and we did not read an official post confirimg what had happened and/or stating taking extreme measure with the hacker, I'm also not sure if people actually recieved their stolen items or no. You can read about this hack issue on stardoll related blogs, I do not wish to reveal any information/sites publicly on this post as it may be risk to any member randomly getting banned.

3:When a warning/ban is given its final even if the member did nothing, its pretty rare for some to have their account back.

4: They add in-game changes/items before taking opions which leads to bad site perferances and/or bad expierance in-game. As costumers/players we get to choose what we would like to do on site or they may discuss with us their ideas/send poll surveys to check on our game expierances/suggestions.

5: This is worst; They do not like listening to members last time they replied that they only answer, unaswered questions in help page (which means only technical issues, they do not want complement or reading ideas) and sometimes each staff have a different answer than other which leads to confusion and if a member decided to complain extremly they will send a warning or may even delete their account.

 

This is the first time I write a report about a game site, because as a paying member even if not we deserve having good treatment and complain/discuss matters freely even if some of us seem annoying (although most start patiently, politley before they push some to be rude). but they seem afraid to ruin their reputation/busy to handle costumers so they simply ignore, delete any posts about this issue, give warning or ban.

I do not recommend this site anymore, if you wish to enjoy as dress up(as rest of options no longer get good updates) it's up to you, but do not epxpect having good connection with staff especially if you have high expierance and you may get warning/ban out of nowhere if you're unlucky

Costumers care is one of the important aspects on sites, if it's bad a lot of issues will happen as I stated; so I believe this report was needed.

In the end; I believe this site needs serious action for staff to start taking care. Not because they have large numbers with most young ones more than adults means ignoring, there's many ways to connect with members at once or help each(with right reply not automated) within fine time 24-48 hours in case it is not urgent. Some of us suggested good ways but their word was final; no, although they do not tell us what's more important to work on first for us to wait for a better service in future.

 The site is still getting worse and worse, currently it turned into real life stimulation, pay to win game. if you are not rich do not think about having fun on this site. even what used to be free is all of sudden limited and expensive. And costumer service is still as bad as it is and when staff are no longer sure how to reply they accuse you with all of your bad history as a real life cop scolding a criminal! Last time they accused me of "harassing them" and blamed me of old things which was not my fault nor the question issue. I simply asked why they decided to release a store 3 times in less than month when we used to get once in year or after longer time, and why things became limited all of sudden. So I believe they wanted to deny the fact that they may be bankrupting and trying to rip of our money by turning game into pay to win. So again this site does not have bad costumer only but also becoming a greedy pay to win. And guess where they put all of our money? in apps, they refuse to update the main site, it's been almost 4 years since we had actual serious update on the main site.

After almost 7 months they have finally give me a more acurate reply to my first issue. and someone else other than their only staff Sophia has replied, but this did not change anything, we are still struggling to have a good costumer services.

the site is also getting far worse, first we did not have any real updates in maybe more than 2 years and now we also are not getting good releases which is one of the main fun on this site.

either staff try to give us a better costumer service and respect us or close site and stop taking people money and give no respect nor real fun in return.

Here's a new example of how a bad costumer service could effect greatly.

I've done successful payment with mobile, but I've lost two messages as I've explained to them and to DaoPay which happens sometimes, after confirming my official billing information to DaoPay they were ready to refund but told me they cannot through SMS. I'm still trying to find a solution with them. I also tried to look for solution with stardoll staff, and this was their reply. Although stardoll staff are supposed to either help, or tell me they cannot, instead they tell me I cannot pay with mobile does this make sense?

I'm still trying, but shouldnt staff reply in a more helpful way? weren't my message clear enough nor screenshots?

Also I believe Sophia who replies most of the time, dont they have more staff?

So once again I would like to assure how much help staff are important.
