Stark Roofing and paving working in the St. Louis area in my opinion is a very untruestworthy company. We hired them to fix some leaks on our roof and paint it. Paid them $7300 to do this and we supplied the materials as we had our oun paint we wanted to use.
These guys Jimmy E. Delmaro wrote up a proposal and we accepted it. Work was completed and James Delmaro and his brother came back to finish the work. These guys are around 20 ish and are italiam or Gypsies looking at thier skin tone. ( Hey I am Italian so I am not dissing anyone)
So the rooff was finished and we had an ironclad warranty for 10 years any leaks would berepaired along with them coming back yearly for inspections free of charge. Stark roofing came back within the first 2 weeks to patch up some more leaks after it rained and said they would keep coing back as issues were found. We have a pretty big building and its a metal roof.
Stark roofing and paving in creve coeur mo has a po box which they call a suite. Google it.After they have your money you may have issues getting them to resolve your issues and use your "great" warranty.
If you happen to see them get me a photo of the lisc plate and of them and I will give you $50 as we are planning on taking this to court and are looking for a good contact lawyer. The MO attorney general has another company under their name as well.

Other interesting facts. Delmaro Family ( not sure if it them) in the roofing industry have a long history of scamming people. Do a google search for Bulldog Roofing and see the riverfront times article on possible the same family.

Julio Sent us a message saying he had issues with wife and a death and family and that is why he did not get back with us on all emails and phone calls and that he would be back out soon. That was about 3-4 weeks ago and still nothing

These guys doo roofing as well as sealing or paving of driveways parking lots etc. Julian Delmaro has another company I see on not honoring the warranty of that stark roofing gives its customers.
