A couple of key points that Karl has left out of his story is that he had come to our helicopter auction for 2 years in a row prior to the year he says I did not pay him and after making major purchases and we are talking about purchases in the range of $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 range or 3 to 4 times the amount of the check he says I owe him; he bounced a check both times and it took me 6 to 8 mounths both times to collect my money from him.

Every week to 2 weeks there was always a new excuess and I can't tell you how many times I stood there and looked him in the eyes and he swore that my money was being overnighted to him neadless to say it never came.One of the more interresting excusses he gave me was that he had been writing checks out of his check book and he had been adding the amounts to the balance instead of subtracting them. Does this sound like someome who can be trusted by anything he says?

To respond to his report of not being paid he has been; but I must admitt it was fun giving him a taste of his own medicine for awhile. If anyone wants to check my track record they can as an auctioner I sell merchandise for approx. 350 to 400 differant people every year and have every since 1986 and no one has said that I didn't pay them every dollor I owed them and paided them timley. Karl on the other hand if you ask people at Falcon Field Airport in Mesa AZ or just mension his name to anyone in the helicopter industry you will find he is the one not paying his bills and he is the one with the less than steller reputation!
