xI too have been ripped off by Starresort International and Gina Fernandez. The orifinal person I spoke to told me I would get a refund in 2 years if timeshare was not sold. Gina said that was nottheir policy, yet there was a group who went thru Action News with that same complaint and they all received thair money back.s Have written to Dept of Business & Professional Regulation in Fla, they donot have jurisdiction to act because my timeshare is not in fla. Also they said they do not regulate companies who provide timeshare advertising. Where do you turn for help?
