Start Mart Alternators and Starters ripoff, rude, dirty, not willing to listen or take blame for oil and grease all over my car, inside and out. alternator replaced 3Xs 2wks & doesn't give a dam Seattle Washington

We had Start Mart put an alternator in our van. Two days later the alternator goes out and we get it repaired. Two weeks later the alternator goes out and I bring it down and get it repaired.

I then proceed to drive to Seattle from Start Mart which is located in Tukwila. I noticed oil light blinking when parking. Tried to check oil but could not get dipstick back in. I looked at the back of my van and oil was all over the back and on muffler and all under it.

Called Start Mart and they said we know exactly what happend, bring it in. I had it towed and they paid for towing. When I picked up my van the next day and got it home it just didn't seem to be running right. I checked the oil and the dipstick wasn't in and there was oil all over the engine. Also, grease on my doors and floor mats and steering wheel.

They never cleaned up the oil mess on my van which they said they would do. We called them and they were rude and said they were busy and did not want to deal with me.

I said I was going to take it somewhere to get it all cleaned up and send them the bill and he said he really didn't care. They are rude!!! And they will be getting a bill and if it isn't paid they will be taken to small claims court.
