Start to finish auto body inc They took my money, car & left me nothing but problems Bronx, New York

My name is Roxsana Gomez, I might be the first to talk about this issue but I know I am not the first customer to complain. Many people are not aware and are being robbed by a man that claims to know about fixing cars after a collision has happened. Name of Auto body shop is; "Start to Finish Auto Body Inc" Located at 442 E 172nd Street, Bronx, NY 10457. My story is very similar to others but I am the first to speak up on this guy. He goes by the names of 'Derrick', 'Dimitri', 'D' and/or 'Detrich'. My car was involved in a accident on 7/10/12 that consisted of 4 cars, which by the way mines was parked. In that moment I did not know what to do and was in a shock state. A couple of guys with tow trucks popped up out of nowhere claiming the have a collision auto body and agreed to take my car for free to the location. On 7/24/12 I was told by the owner from the shop that my car was ready. I paid him $8,269.00 in Cash for the release of my car. Once i received my car they gave it back to me dirty, my bumper wasn't installed correctly, the paint job was terrible. The owner agreed to fix my car again because he wanted me to be happy. My mistake was paying him the cash. Still to date 8/15/12 I do not have my car. I spoken to the owner on Monday 8/13/12 because he said my car was done. Then he calls back and says no come tomorrow 8/14/12. Tuesday comes he calls me it's not ready come Wednesday 8/15/12. And I am clueless I don't know what to do. I need you help!
