USA Card Services, now Startup Esentials contacted me in October 2005, I was in desperate need of income at age 71 I only had SS.

I was told I would be helped to build a web-site and also get my website up to the top of the search engines. I would be able to make well over $2,000 to $3,000 monthly with their coaching.

I was told with the Gold package for a fee they could have me receiving an income in 60 days. I fell for that and used a Credit Card to pay.

Also Coloney-1/Cool Sites would get my website up to the top of the search engines to receive more hits. They would help me with that.

Also I would have to sign a lease with A-1 Leasing (Bond Corp) and would receive a Credit Card machine so I would be able to take Cr. Cards. I advised them I didn't want to deal with credit cards.

I was told I would need to choose a business name and they suggested either JA unlimited of J A Enterprises. I told them I would give it some thought and look into it as to what I had to do locally where I live.

I was told I have to sign with A-1 Leasing otherwise they would have to charge me regular fee for assisting with the website and Coloney-1 would charge for their service and it wasn't cheap.

Well, I was needing to find something and it sounded so good.

A-1 Leasing took $110.00 out of my checking account for the machine I couldn.t return because I would have to pay to the end of the lease anyway. It is still in the box it came in with a company name programmed into it.

Bond Corp took $15.00 out of my checking account each month for the same period of time.

I closed that account and I started getting statements, phone calls and now collection letters threatening law suit and credit bureau reporting, if I don't send $1,143.39 + Add On of $3265.60 = $4,408.99 within 5 days of receipt of this demand.

That was from Coface Collections North America, Inc., P.O. Box 8510, Metairie, LA.

Telephone conversation prior to receiving the letter, I advised them I do not have a business, never used the machine, didn't want it and they said I couldn't return it. I was told

I am 73 now, fell and crushed my right wrist last July 3rd, 2007. Am going to have to have an operation on it July 2, 2008.

Now I don't know what to do. A-1 Leasing took $2640.00, Bond Corp took $360.00 from my account and Startup Esentials (formerly USA Card Services) charged $1,700.00 for the coaching of building my web-site, which was never completed.
