I was contact by a representive of start-up essentials on January 13, of this year about and opportunity that would help me to stast my own home base business, and that they would walk me through it step by step. I was on the phone for hours with there representative. She walked me through the entire application process, I thought the I had found a sure fire stay at home business that would help me grow my business. I signe 15 statments which I though was the extent of my agreement with them. After signing the web stie took me to the merchant agreement that was 8 pages long, I printed it out and finished my conservation with her and began to look over my agreement.

I realized that full disclosure of the non cancelable lease agreement was not made to me before I signed it. my signature had been automatically transposed into the contract, i was not allowed to read the agreement before my signature was transposed into it, the agreement came up only afer I had signed the 15 statements. If full disclosure had been made, I would not have signed the agreement. I have been very distraught over this issue.
