Start Up Essentials, Opti Groove, Start Up Stor Front Set me up with what I thought to be a successful internet business Dallas Texas

I'm a disabled veteran trying to put my life together and be able to pull my own weight in society. I was called by a Start Up Essentails recruiter and was taken through a introduction to the company and what to expect from them.

I was promised complete customer and technical support by calling a toll free phone number. At first things were going well. I started noticing things were not right when the laptop computer I received did not come with all the state of the art software I was promised. I have completed most of the course, Known as the "Journey" but ran into problems with the free website template I was given and customer support started to deminish. At first I was able to call and speak to someone with technical questions. Now I have several technical problems and have no phone number to call, only an email address to submit my requests. I have several unanswered technical support requests that have been waiting for months to be addressed. I no longer can call for customer suppoer, only put in a request and wait for a call back.

I bought into the idea to outsource the website optimization to Opti Groove(over $1800.00 spent w/$20.00 per month fee). I recently found out through a discussion with the president of Opti Groove, that there was no place for key words to be added to my website. ( Key words are needed for a search engine to find your website beter known as a meta tag). Opti Groove told me that seperate pages containing key words had to be built andup loaded. I never stood a chance of success period.

I still am paying my $180.00 per month as I agreed, but am receiving less each month. There is no contacting Start Up Store Front for help with my website. These folks are all in this together and are a serious rip off. Please do not make the mistake I made.
