I dont need to tell you all about these scamers I too have calls by Stuart Allan a*s. in Tucson Az. They only want $10864.00 from me. I do have a stupid cheap Acer laptop that quit on me I have my own computer did not need it ,but they sent it anyway Oh yes I was stupid for keeping it and not sending right back at the time but I truly did want to make some money so I did give it a try with Startup Essentials After a good long try and several months of them taking payments from my bank, I gave up. closed my bank account. Kept the laptop for fear they might get some of personal Information. I tried to call A-1 Leasing but this guy named Steve was in court.I wounder why???? hopefully it is one of us.

Then Starting in Nov. I get letters and phone calls from Stuart Allan a*s.in Tucson Az. This David Johnson threaten me. He said he is going to take me to court Ruin my credit and put a lien on my house. or I could use my credit card and pay them off. I said I was not stupid, I told him I do not have that much credit . He said Give me an offer and maybe they would see if we could settle for less. I told him that was not an option.

I am a widow 62 years old and there is no way I could ever pay off a credit card With $10864.00 balance. He kept insisting that I did sign a 4yr lease and that I had to pay it. I was so upset with him I just had to hang the phone up. His last words is that he is going come after me in court.

Does any one out there know how they signed this lease with A1 leasing ??????? I called Jeff at Lakeshore Law center and told him about Startup Essentials and A1 leasing. He said he knew very well who they are. He said that he needed more of us In Calif. The problem is that we are dealing with out of state companys. Jeff At Lakeshore wants to know how I signed a lease from my home computer on the internet while I was on the phone with (Rocky) the scam artist. All I could tell him is that I did it on my laptop. and that when I got it in the mail my initals were all over it.

Like most of you I did not get to see what I signed until it came in the mail. I also told Jeff that this high pressure was very late after Midnight calif time and Rocky was 3 am in Texas. they sure do work late in Texas!!!! scamming people. Jeff At Lakeshore told me not to talk to Stuart Allen anymore, but he would have liked to have a recording of the threating phone call. They are in Yorba Linda California. I just sent him a copy of my A1 Leasing lease and Stuart Allen demand letters. He wanted a contract From Startup Essentials but I dont think I have one. Anyone out there dont give them one more cent they are out there to get what ever they out of us.
