I was contacted by phne at 5 Pm telling me they had my name as someone that wated to start a business at home. I told them I was not interested, and hung up the phone

The phone rings at 10 PM and it is them calling back again I told them I was not interested and hung up again I was afraid they would wake up my husband who was Ill I had been up two days and nights with my husband who had a stroke and hasAlzheimer They called back the third time and I talked to them

They gave me their sales pitch and I asked how much it was and they said oh you can afford and I said how much is it. Can you afford 125 a month I said yes, but how much is it They nevered told my how much it was.

They had me signed the contract on the internet then it was 11:45 at night. Never did tell me how much it was. Gave me a woman's name Miss Jackson to call the next day to set every thing up when I was to receive the laptop

Called Miss Jackson the next morning around 10 am and told Miss Jackson that I wanted to cancel the order.

She tell me I can't cancel the order I signed the contract I told her it had not been 3 days yet she said SO WHAT I told her it was the law that I could cancel before 3 days and she said it was the law but it did't apply to them

I told her I would't be home for a while to receive the laptop it was 10 days before I received it.

When I received it took it out of the box and I could have bought it at Walmart for 600.00 I never used it But I got about 75 emaisl a day from the Co. and just keep deleting them.

Then I lost my eyesight and could't even see to drive. Called the Co and told them I had lost my eyesight and wanted to sent the PC back and she was real huffy and told me I signed the contract and I would pay for it

Well I did pay for it till I decided one day I couldn't see the thing I did't use it and it was going back So I sent it back

I sent it to the address I had for Startup Essentials since they are the ones who sent it to me. It took me a week to get someone to answer the phone to make sure they were still there.

I sent it to the LBJ address and it went to PO BOX 560728, The Coloney Tx I had never heard of it but it took 10 to get there.

To make a long story shorter they turned me in to Stewart Allan & Associates Who but it against my credit for the some of $9,327 and I had paid these people all together 135.61 a month x 11 months =1491.71 which they never gave me credit for.

Now there is a law suit going on now and the hearing is the week of August 18, 2008 in Baumont Tx and I but my papers up and can't find them I was wanting to write a letter to the judge and tell him My side of the story about these crooks.

But there is a catch to the lawsuit Startup Essenials said if the people that were behind in their payment would sign the contract and send it back to them they woudl give you credit for 3 months I f they don't give you credit for the months that you did pay. Why would they give you credit for 3 month that you might not have to pay them any thing at all it the 6665 people win the lawsuit

hello

how stupid do they thing we really are Since they turned it over to a third party that third party is not in the lawsuit so that means you signe the contact again and sent it back to them Stewart allen and Assoc and Startup will have you over a bar again.

Stwart Allan & Associates Of Tucson Az and Bond Corp of Grand Rapids MI and Tx do you realize how many state is in this

and I think the people that are behind in their payment or quit paying like me have all be turned over to Stwart Allan so that when the Lawsuit is over they can jump back in the water and get us again for the money they say we still owe

Not counting it staying on our credit report

You can find it on the Internet but Like I said I can't fien my copy to find the internet address
Someone out their nows how to do this please

Plese please

This is for Debbie in NC if you read the report good you will notice that the third party is not included. Are you still paying on the contract?
Who ever wins this lawsuit the people that they turned in for no payment and that would be me. The way I read it is they will still come after you I am not paying them a nother dime.

I misplaced my papers because I was going to write to the judge in Belmont Tx I think You have the information and tell them my side of the story. I think that would't hurt you also but send the letter to the judge in Belmount not anyone else

as crooked as they are you might get the wrong lawyers this way they don't have the judge in their pocket

They did't give me credit for any of the money I had paid them I couldn't see to use the PC and I quit paying on it when I lost my eyesight and I never did use it I figured if they never gave me credit for what I did pay They sure wasn't going to give me credit for nothing.

They put it against my credit that I owed them over 9000 and the way I am reading that since a third party is not including in it. That the people they turned in to Allen and assoc for nonpayment They will come after them again after the lawsuit because the third party is not in the lawsuit. And if you sign that contract again and sent it to them you are back on to be taken to the cleaners again.

I have never been in a class action suit where they want you to sign a contract again.

Good look to us both look on the internet and read the lawsuit you have the address I just misplaced mine

Jaunita
