State attorney general Christopher Brown Ageneral956@gmail.com Send me a threatening email in regards to some made up debt collection California

I received an email on March 12th 2018 from a one Christopher Brown allegedly of the State Attorney General's office. Claiming that I owed a certain amount of money to an unnamed company and in unknown amount with no way of contacting him back except of replying to the email so obviously it's a scam not to mention how amateur these losers are.. typos left and right for starters using a name as the State Attorney General's whose name is not even connected with the State Attorney General the list goes on and on the email address that was used to send the email to me is a Gmail account under ageneral956@gmail.com now I know to create a Gmail account informations have to be submitted to Google so what I don't understand is since there are so many of these claimed to other rip off sites like to this why and how Google is still allowing and by allowing is almost promoting this to keep going one could only deduce that Google LLC is the either primary or silent "boss" of all of these illustrious scams. Obviously this is an assumption that people regardless if the Venture is illegal or not if it is not profitable, sooner or later its not undertaken(can't think of the correct term)
